Cancellation Policy
All bookings made through the InnSyntra website are subject to the terms outlined below. Purpose of Bookings Booking a session with InnSyntra is intended for strategic consultation, diagnostics, planning, and advisory discussions. These sessions are not sales pitches, guarantees of outcomes, or immediate implementation commitments. Confirmation & Payment All bookings are confirmed only once payment (where applicable) has been successfully processed. Pricing reflects professional consulting time, preparation, and expertise. Cancellations & Rescheduling Clients may cancel or reschedule a booking with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the scheduled session may be forfeited or subject to a rescheduling fee, at InnSyntra’s discretion. Late Arrivals & No-Shows Late arrivals may result in reduced session time to avoid impact on other scheduled clients. No-shows without prior notice will be considered forfeited and are non-refundable. Scope of Advice InnSyntra provides strategic, operational, and growth-focused guidance based on information supplied by the client. Final decisions, implementation, and business outcomes remain the responsibility of the client. InnSyntra does not guarantee specific financial, operational, or performance results. Right to Decline Engagement InnSyntra reserves the right to decline or discontinue a booking or engagement if it is determined that the service is not aligned with our growth-partner model or ethical standards. Data & Confidentiality All information shared during bookings is treated as confidential and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and POPIA requirements. By proceeding with a booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.
