Any diagnostics, surveys, assessments, or tools (including the Growth Readiness Diagnostic) are provided:

  • For informational and exploratory purposes only

  • To assess potential fit and readiness

  • Not as a substitute for formal consulting advice

Completion of a diagnostic does not create a client relationship or obligation on either party.
 

6. Services & Engagements

Formal services are provided only once:

  • A written proposal, agreement, or statement of work is issued

  • Commercial terms are agreed

  • Required onboarding steps are completed

InnSyntra reserves the right to decline engagements where alignment, readiness, or commercial fit is not established.
 

7. Fees & Payment

Fees for services are set out in individual proposals or agreements.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Fees are exclusive of VAT

  • Payment terms are strictly enforced

  • Late payments may result in suspension of services

Failure to pay does not release the client from contractual obligations.
 

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, frameworks, diagnostics, systems maps, methodologies, and branding, is the intellectual property of InnSyntra unless otherwise stated.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or adapt content without prior written consent.
 

9. Confidentiality

Termination does not affect accrued rights or obligations.
